Product Description

Our brazed plate heat exchangers feature a compact design built from thin, corrugated 316L stainless steel plates, brazed together with copper or nickel to create efficient, leak-proof channels for heat transfer. The specially designed wave patterns direct fluids to flow in opposite directions in adjacent channels, maximizing heat exchange efficiency.
 
These exchangers handle pressures up to 2030 psi and temperatures from -196°C to 225°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. With options for asymmetric channels, high-performance plate patterns, and protective coatings, our units minimize fouling and enhance performance.
 
Available in standard, all-stainless, and high-pressure models with multiple connection types, all fully compliant with ASME, PED, and other standards. Their compact footprint and high turbulence rate make them the ideal choice where space is limited but performance can’t be compromised.
